Cold Tones Society is once again organizing the traditional painting competition at RopeCon 2024 convention in July. This year we’re introducing a major change to previous iterations by moving to an open format.
We felt the growing competition should have its own identity and branding rather than being a bit generic “RopeCon painting competition”, and so decided to brand it as Cold North Open. The naming is in line with the new format (and location!) and should make the marketing towards international audiences easier. Even with the new branding, CTS is still collaborating very closely with the RopeCon event staff to make this competition the best it can be!
